Uma Thurman had herself a little scare while coming out of a building in New York City. Luckily no one was hurt but here’s what happened.
A guide was trying to seclude her from the photographers with a paint tarp and it appeared that her feet got tangled up and she tripped, almost falling to the ground.
The scary part was that she was cradling her infant baby.
Luckily she gathered her footing and avoided the scare.
So what’s her new little girls’ name? We’re not sure, but with a dad named Arpad and a mom named Uma, we’re going to guess she won’t just be another plain Jane.
It was a glorious weekend of fashion at the
glamorous Cannes Film Festival. From frothy red carpet gowns to dapper leading
men, celebs brought their A-game to the south of France and we can’t get
enough!
The hottest couple in the world, Brad Pitt and
Angelina Jolie turned up on the red carpet to promote Brad’s new flick, The Tree of Life. They shined like the
movie stars they are, with Angelina opting for a chocolate brown Atelier
Versace gown.
Penelope Cruz wasn’t upstaged and wowed us once again
in Marchesa with Chopard jewels. Her best accessory was co-star Johnny Depp
looking polished in white.
We also love Penelope’s sexy shoulder bearing blue
Stella McCartney at the photocall for Pirates of the Carribean.
Zoe Saldana once again worked her edgy couture
angles in this candy cane confection Armani.
We thought we were seeing double as newcomer Fan
Bing Bing wore a strikingly similar Atelier Versace at the premiere of The
Artist. It’s almost the exact same dress Zoe Saldana wore to the 82nd
Annual Oscars.
White-hot was the go-to color of the weekend. Uma
Thurman was classic in Chanel Couture, Sonman Kapoor looked angelic in a
stellar Jean Paul Gaultier gown.
And Cheryl Cole was virtually unrecognizable in
this plunging white body conscious gown and slicked back hair. She could go a
bit easier on lips, because her look is a bit vampy.
All in all this is becoming a stylish Cannes to
remember!
