Ashton Kutcher to Play Steve Jobs in Biopic

Is Ashton Kutcher ready to take a bite out of THIS apple? The two and a half men star is set to play legendary apple co-founder Steve Jobs in a indie biopic about the technology mogul’s life, called simply Jobs. With Ashton’s uncanny resemblance to the late Apple CEO in his younger years, the project is due to begin filming in May. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the film will follow the rise of Jobs from his time as a hippie in northern California, to leading apple as its CEO and co-founder. A step up from his start on That 70’s Show, this will be one of Ashton’s most notable non-comedic roles to date. Reaction from Jobs fans about the casting has been mixed so far.

Piers Morgan Jabs Simon Cowell

Piers Morgan took a few jabs at rival British TV judge Simon Cowell the other night when the talk show host was spotted leaving dinner. When asked who he thought was the most fascinating person of 2011 he said, "not Simon Cowell." Piers then followed up by saying that he found Steve Jobs to be the most fascinating. Later, when a cameraman suggested that he could kiss Simon Cowell at midnight on New Year's Eve, Piers replied cheekily that "that would please him more than me." May the rivalry continue!
