Controversial attorney Gloria Allred has reportedly been hired to represent John Doe No. 1, who previously accused and sued John Travolta for alleged sexual assault during a message in Los Angeles.

The original suit against Travolta was recently dismissed, and his former lawyer Okorie Okorocha stopped representing John Doe No. 1.

But Allred tells People magazine that the case was dismissed without prejudice, so she can help her new client file another lawsuit against Travolta if desired.

Travolta was recently accused of allegedly exposing himself and other acts of sexual misconduct, and John Doe No. 1 was seeking $2 million dollars from the A-list actor.

Okorocha continues to represent another accuser who has sued Travolta for similar claims.

Travolta released a statement saying the accusations are “false,” “absurd,” and people just “want their 15 minutes of fame.”
