Robert Pattinson was looking a little glum as he travelled back from New York on Tuesday.
The actor kept his smile hidden as he touched down in Los Angeles after the five hour flight.
Wearing a checked shirt, the 26-year-old kept his sunglasses on as he made his way through the terminal building.
Robert Pattinson was keeping his trusty guitar close as he was escorted through Melbourne Airport.
Looking casual and comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, the actor was heading for Adelaide, having jetted in from LA.
Despite reports that the 26-year-old may have split with his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart, Rob looked in high spirits.

The ‘Twilight’ star, who was looking casual in a black jacket and jeans, kept his sunglasses on as he made his way through the busy terminal.
And Rob kept his head covered in a baseball cap so we still don’t know for sure if he is sporting a new shorter hairdo!
Twilight bowed on out a high by topping the charts and taking $141.3m in its first three days.
The 5th movie in the franchise narrowly made less than the second movie New Moon which made $142.8m million in the first three days.
But with only under a couple of million in it, who’s counting right?
It’s predicted that eventually the movie will score in the $700m area, matching the last three movies.
So, is it any good?
CNN say that The Twilight Saga is a different beast. Fans are either in — and they’ve been in for a few years — or they’re not interested.
For some, Robert Pattinson will always be Edward and Kristen Stewart will always be Bella.
For now at least, the saga is over. But with seven hundred million coming in per movie, we find it hard to believe this is the true end.

The whole gang just hit the red carpet in Berlin for the German premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 2 and don’t they look great?

And although Robsten is seemingly in full swing again, things aren’t exactly perfect.
According to Us Weekly, Kristen still feels very guilty for cheating on Rob… She still thinks the world hates her, and she has good days and bad days coping with it…
We mean, when Will Ferrell calls you a “Trampire,” it might put a stake through your heart.
But she can count on Rob… It’s reported that he’s forgiven her, he doesn’t want to be angry anymore and he’s just focused on moving forward.
Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner looked like they were having a great time as they made an appearance on Spanish TV.
The Twilight actors, who are currently promoting the latest Twilight film in Europe, appeared on ‘El Hormiguero’ in Madrid.
With the boys keeping it smart casual in blazers, Kristen showed off her legs in a tiny pair of shorts.
Host Pablo Motos joked that he was going to get dinner for the group, who play vampires and a werewolf in the film, and started cutting his hand. Instead of being repulsed, Rob even tried some of the fake blood.
The trio also had their time keeping skills tested as each were blindfolded in turn, had to time thirty seconds in their heads and stop the clock when they thought the time was up.
Taylor hit the button at just the right time, saving a lucky audience member from getting a bucket of fake blood tipped on her head.
She’ll definitely be a Twilight fan now!
