At one point Holly Madison was a princess in the Playboy Mansion, but now she’s following in the footsteps of real royalty… By getting hospitalized for severe morning sickness, just like the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
The difference is Holly is already seven months pregnant…
According to People magazine, extreme morning sickness affects less than one percent of pregnant women, and includes nausea, vomiting, dehydration, lightheadedness and weight loss…
But Holly’s getting her rest and remains in high spirits, thanking her fans for the well wishes… And even crediting them with entertaining her.
We’re sure her boyfriend, Pasquale Rotella, is right there too… Cause when it comes to expecting mothers, you don’t play, boy.

Peaches Geldof debuted her growing baby bump at London’s Twilight premiere.
The 23-year-old, who revealed that she is expecting her second child, posed for photographers at the glitzy event.
Daring to wear red on the red carpet, Peaches wowed as she donned a full length red gown and red lipstick.
Accompanied by her husband Tom Cohen, the couple could barely hide their joy as they cuddled close.
Tweeting that Twilight was her guilty pleasure, it seems the socialite enjoyed rubbing shoulders with Hollywood A-listers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

Peaches Geldof, who has just announced that she’s pregnant with her second son, was snapped walking with Tom Cohen.
Leaving her husband to push the buggy, which presumably held her six-month-old child Astala, Peaches was having a lengthy phone call.
Wearing a lacy black top and black skirt, the 23-year-old recently announced that her second son will be called Phaedra.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, the television presenter admitted that she only took a pregnancy test when she started craving sour sweets and was developing a baby bump.
And although she had a “momentary panic” when she discovered she was pregnant so soon, Peaches added that she “couldn’t be happier” with her family life.

And it’s going to be another boy for the 23-year-old and her rocker husband Thomas Cohen.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Peaches revealed the baby will be called Phaedra.
She also revealed that despite having a “momentary panic” when she discovered she was pregnant again, Peaches says she’s thrilled her family is growing.
But the couple plan to stop for a while after the birth to focus on their two young sons.
