Kristen Stewart sounded a little worried at last nights Breaking Dawn Part 2 red carpet premiere. Apparently, she’s desperate for a job now that the Twilight franchise has come to a close.
Sure the Snow White and the Huntsmen sequel is in limbo but here’s the thing…Kristen’s gonna be fine. However, check out our gallery of celebrities we think could use a career boost including Gary Dourdan, Chad Johnson, Aubrey O’Day and Mel Gibson.
So everyone’s favorite action movie stars were featured in the Expendables 2 right?
Wrong.
Obviously you can’t cast everyone you ever dreamed would look cool in those berets, but there are a few living action legends that really should be asked to make an appearance in any potential third movie.
So who are we thinking?
Sean Connery, or at least one former bond. Shaken but never stirred, this Scottish screen hero made The Rock sooo much better.
Tom Cruise. Obvious choice really. After several impossible missions and his new movie Oblivion about a soldier sent to destroy an alien world to come out, we’d say his Minority Report is way overdue.
Mel Gibson, okay he’s got headlines for screaming irrationally at people and belittling his dinner guests, but let’s not forget that no matter how many aggressive answering machine messages he left, you can’t take the Braveheart actors his freedom. Some cash, but not freedom. Lethal Weapon and Mad Max, that is all.
Once he’s free, Wesley Snipes has got to be a dead cert. Currently in prison for a multi million tax evasion felony, the Blade actor could give Sly a good performance like in Demolition Man when he actually played a prisoner who is unfrozen as a killing machine. He’s out July 2013 so plenty of time to practice some moves.
But what about the girls?
From Salt to Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie has the charm and stamina to get through any action epic and come out on top. The violent femme has got her hands dirty in Mr & Mrs Smith, Wanted and soon, Salt 2.
Sigourney Weaver has saved the planet on numerous occasions in the Alien movies as Ellen Ripley who friends sadly always seem to get killed. Life wasn’t always alone in space for her, like in Ghostbusters, although she did turn into a demon dog.
Finally, Linda Hamilton. As Sarah Connor she spent the first Terminator movie running scared, but by round two, she was hard as nails and could give any man aside robot Arnie a good beating. C’mon Mr Schwarzenegger, have a quiet word with your pal Sly.
After leaving Jodie Foster to face the media all by herself, Mel Gibson as turned up for the premiere of The Beaver in Cannes, France.
Wearing a black tuxedo, the troubled actor laughed with his co-star and posed happily for photographers.
Jodie Foster shined so bright at Cannes to promote The Beaver we almost forgot that the movie’s main man Mel Gibson was noticeably absent.
She may have stood by him in spirit a few months back.
But good call on riding solo.
As much as we love Michael Douglas’ recovery from cancer, we also love his gorgeous wife, the Welsh
bombshell Catherine Zeta-Jones. And
whereas Michael has announced she’s “feeling great”. She’s also not
the first celeb to admit she’s bipolar. Other celebs battle with the difficulties
of the disease… in fact; you’ll be surprised just how many are out there.

Mel Gibson is an Academy Award winning actor, but during an
in-depth interview with Deadline Hollywood, he says he has no problem never
acting again.
It’s the first time Gibson has spoken out since his explosive
rants at ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva shocked Hollywood.
He tells Deadline that he understands the recoil he’s
received from fans, and regrets what was said on the tapes.
But he also claims “they are edited” and wants to remind fans they
were the result of a “heated argument” during a “breakdown” in an “unhealthy
relationship.”
Regardless, Gibson says it was a “terribly awful moment in
time,” but insists it doesn’t represent his “true beliefs” or reputation.

problem never acting again, it’s reported that he already has a new project
lined up with the writer of Braveheart.

According to TMZ, Mel Gibson has been charged with a single misdemeanor battery charge by the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
The actor will reportedly plead “no contest” to the crime, which is not an admission of guilt, and will not land him in jail. It will however, reportedly land him on the couch in a counselor’s office for mandatory treatment.
