Ever been sued for $100,000,000?

We haven’t so we don’t really know what it feels like. Chances are it resembles being kicked to the nether-regions by a steel-toed boot on a cold winter’s day. Or possibly even worse. If you really want to know how it stabs the gut, just ask Shakira because her ex-boyfriend just lobbed a lawsuit asking for just that.

He’s basically saying how he helped set up her recent works, helped with deals, and all that other stuff that’s going to generate millions in future earnings. So the guy wants his fair share of the pie.

No word on whether Shakira is willing to cut the check, but we’re betting another $100,000,000 that she fires back at him a nasty letter from her legal team.

Amanda Bynes Threatens Lawsuit

Amanda Bynes is upset. And she’s ready to take legal action. You see, there was a story that made the rounds from InTouch Magazine that she was at a tanning salon and walked out of a private room and into the lobby.

The only problem: she was naked.

InTouch quotes eyewitnesses how Amanda strode around in the buff and didn’t care who saw her.

And Amanda is saying the story is fake. So fake in fact that now she wants to sue InTouch.

Russell Brand is Getting Sued for Allegedly Hitting a Pedestrian with His Car

Russell Brand just got slapped with a lawsuit from a guy who claimed Russell hit him with his car while he was walking, and now wants at least $25,000.

The documents were just filed but the incident apparently took place back in January of earlier this year.

No word from Russell’s camp just yet…but give it some time.

We bet he’s got a good lawyer.

John Mayer Getting Sued for Nearly Half a Million Dollars

John Mayer may have to kiss nearly half a million dollars goodbye.

According to reports, the singer-songwriter performed a concert back in 2008 and was paid for the services rendered: $465,000.

The only problem?

He was paid with money stolen from investors in a mastermind Ponzi scheme. Now, John is being sued by those tasked with trying to recover and repay the investors who were duped.

It appears John is just one of the people who unknowingly accepted the dirty money, as the Ponzi scheme took in a reported 100 million dollars.

The man behind the crime, Darren Berg, was sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Mayer’s lawyers have released a statement that John performed at a corporate event and was paid for his services and that the opportunity was brought to John through his talent agency.

A judge has yet to rule on the case.

Kirstie Alley is Getting Sued

Kirstie Alley is getting sued for skinny. Well, sort of.

What we mean is, Kirstie, who was once upon a time a little bit heavier in the waistline, has shed over 100 pounds and has credited that weight loss to supplement she hocked on QVC. A disgruntled purchaser of said supplement who did not get the same results is claiming that the former Cheers star deceived her and hat Alley really got skinny because of her stint on Dancing with the Stars.

There has been no official word from Kirstie’s camp.

They’re probably out exercising.

Justin Bieber Sued for $9M for Allegedly Damaging Woman’s Ear

Justin Bieber has been hit with one very loud lawsuit!

The teen sensation has been sued for nine millions dollars by an Oregon woman, who claims that her hearing was permanently damaged, after she attended one of Justin’s concerts with her teen daughter.

According to reports, Justin’s music wasn’t even the problem, apparently it was Bieber’s screaming fans and his encouragement of them, that left the woman hard of hearing.

The pop star allegedly enticed his crowd of screaming fans by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion during a 2010 concert.

Bieber, his record label, the concert venue, and the promoter have all been named in the suit!

For screaming out loud! C’mon!

Rihanna Sues Former Accountants, Claims She Lost Millions

Don’t mess with RiRi’s money!

Rihanna has laid the lawsuit smack down on ex-accountants at the New York based Berdon accounting firm, she is suing them for negligent care of her finances.

According to reports, the pop star claims that her former money managers have cost her tens of millions of dollars, since she hired them in 2005.

The Barbadian beauty’s lawsuit disclosed that Berdon was suppose to provide accounting and financial management services, but instead engaged in misconduct which resulted in overall losses during her 2009 ‘Last Girl on Earth’ tour.

Rihanna’s suit also alleges that their faulty bookkeeping has resulted in her being audited by the IRS.

Yikes!

Jay-Z Sued For Plagiarism

Jay-Z has been accused of plagiarism in his memoir ‘Decoded’.

The Jigga man is being sued!

According to reports Jay-Z has had a copyright lawsuit
filed against him for allegedly plagiarizing his own 2010 bestselling memoir
‘Decoded’.

According to Allhiphop.com, the guy suing Jay-Z claims
that his computer was compromised in 2009, which resulted in some of his
personal work appearing in the rappers book.

The plaintiff in Jay’s case is now seeking damages for
copyright infringement and invasion of property.

The 42-year-old rap mogul and entrepreneur already has ’99
Problems’ he certainly doesn’t need another!

Hilary Duff Sued Over Car Accident

Hilary Duff may feel down in the dumps, the actress is being sued.

According to TMZ, the new mom was hit with a lawsuit, after she was accused of smashing her range rover into a car and seriously injuring the car’s driver.

The lawsuit against Hilary was just filed at the L.A. County Superior Court, and it revealed that Duff was cruisin’ around Los Angeles back on December 12th 2010 when the collision occurred.

Kim Kardashian Endorsed Shoe Hit with Lawsuit

Not that long ago Kim Kardashian did commercials and endorsed the Sketchers Shape-Up shoe and we just learned that the Federal Trade Commission has determined that the footwear company made unfounded claims about the shoe.

Now Sketchers has agreed to pay up to $45 million in settlement costs.

Kim is not being sued and we’re almost positive that there’s no way she would have known about the false clinical studies, but it’s bad publicity nonetheless.
