Lindsay Lohan’s Potentially Embarrassing Auction

Lindsay Lohan faces her stuff in storage being auctioned off due to unpaid fees.

Lindsay Lohan is days away from having some of her prized possessions auctioned off thanks to a hefty unpaid storage fee.

According to TMZ the actress is close to having ‘expensive designer clothes, family heirlooms and potentially embarrassing items’ up for grabs, as she hasn’t forked out roughly $16,000 to the storage company.

Financially Lindsay is supposedly in dire straits with IRS freezing her bank accounts due to unpaid taxes and the storage account is now delinquent, meaning the locker can’t be opened until the balance is paid in full.

Imagine that, if Lindsay can’t pay up, she can’t even remove embarrassing items before it’s auctioned which means who knows what kind of stuff will be unearthed?

Hopefully one of her friends or family will be on hand to come to her help before Christmas but so far there haven’t been any takers.

The storage woe may be the least of her worries as her probation was recently revoked so a hearing on January 15th will determine if she’s gonna face the best part of a year in jail.

Both Lindsay Lohan and the woman she’s suspected of punching leave the police station in New York City.

This is the woman Lindsay Lohan supposedly punched in a nightclub in New York.

She left 10th Precinct Police station in NYC the morning after an alleged brawl with a carefully placed blanket. She ended up in the slammer when she was arrested at 4AM after she being suspected of assault in a nightclub.

Law enforcement told TMZ that the altercation built up kinda like this…

Lindsay said, “Give me my space”, some time passed and then for some reason Lindsay punched her on the left side of her face.

When cops arrived Lindsay was already a passenger in a car that was leaving the area so they got in there and made the arrest.

Her response?

To say, “Are you kidding me?” repeatedly.

Clearly not. And of course this all leads to the question on everyone’s lips, does this violate her probation from previous offences, which could lead to jail time.

She’s only Ho-gone and got a DUI

It’s been quite the week for the Hogan family.

53 year-old Linda Hogan was arrested in the early hours Thursday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, and after a stint of jail time was bailed for $5000.

Meanwhile ex-hubby Hulk Hogan is about to deliver an atomic knee drop over his sex tape scandal. The former wrestler was caught with his pants down performing a backbreaker, and is now keen to scoop powerslam the Internet if it isn’t removed.

59 year-old Hogan is threatening to sue anyone who publishes the 30 minute long jumping leg drop.

So anyway we’ve no idea why Linda might have been driving over the booze limit but TMZ report that it’s just above the legal amount, having had a glass of champagne on an empty stomach along with antibiotics.

Champagne? Maybe she was celebrating something?

For all you ladies out there who flocked to the theaters to see Channing Tatum dance around in his birthday suit in Magic Mike, need to know that there’s a guy out there…in a Florida jail to be more specific…saying that he and C-Tate were stripping partners back in the 90′s and the movie is based on his life.

His name is Michael Sorrentino, same as the Jersey Shore one, but he goes by Magic Mike. Or at least he did, back when he took his clothes off for a living.

In an exclusive interview, he told us how he took a young Channing under his wing and showed him the way and taught him epic dance moves and choreography. And now he feels slighted that Tatum took his story, used his name, and made a movie about it without so much as a phone call or letter.

No word from Channing so far, but we bet he’s pretty busy counting all those singles he made from the flick.

Jersey Shore star Deena Cortese took the walk of shame to a climactic new level as her parents escorted her from a police station.

Dad gripped Deena’s wrist as they lead her from the New Jersey jail just hours after an officer arrested the twenty five year-old on a disorderly conduct charge.

According to cops, she was a little intoxicated, standing in the street, slapping cars that were driving by.

And as you can see from the before pics, nobody is all that surprised.

Russell Brand Released From Police Station After Arrest

Russell Brand has been released from jail after posting $5000.00 bond.

Russell Brand has turned himself in to New Orleans police.

A warrant had been issued for his arrest, for throwing a paparazzo’s iPhone through an office window.

Brand was reportedly booked on two counts of simple criminal damage to property, and was later released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Luckily for the funnyman he was only locked up for about an hour.

The office window that Brand broke has since been replaced, according to TMZ, Russell’s camp paid for the repairs, which amounted to $240.00 dollars.

Russell Brand is definitely a bad boy, but hopefully he has learned from this mistake!

Lindsay Lohan Could Face Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan could be facing jail time for reportedly
disobeying judge’s orders to see a psychologist at least once a week. 

According to TMZ, she hasn’t been showing up to her shrink.

Her excuse? Well she’s been working of the country.

We wouldn’t necessarily call this work, but she has been
abroad attending fashion show events in Milan, and cozying up with German
designer Philipp Plein. 

But Lindsay’s probation requires her to cruise to treatment
no matter what… 

The actress has also only completed 21 of her 360 court
ordered community service hours.

And Lindsay’s go-to community service spot, the Downtown
Women’s Center, has apparently kicked her out because of her lack of involvement
and effort.

She faces the judge next week, and if the alleged probation
violations don’t sail, she could be headed back to jail. 









Judge Slams Lindsay Lohan

A subdued Lindsay Lohan left court with her head down after according to TMZ Judge Sautner impatiently laid down the hard bare facts.

The Judge made it clear that Lindsay had better complete her community service within 1 year of the date of sentencing… and no excuses! She said, “I’m not going to give her five extra minutes. I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie.’”

So after two months Lindsay has managed just 4 days of 60 days of community service. Plus she hasn’t enrolled in psychological counseling which she’s required to do. As a result she now has 21 days to sign up with a personal counselor. 

To top it all, Judge Sautner added that she’d revoke her probation if the terms weren’t met. Meaning Jail would be the remaining option for the actress.
