Miley gets restraining order on scissor intruder

A three year restraining order was made permanent on a man who scaled Miley Cyrus’ LA home wielding a pair of scissors.

The temporary restraining order Miley Cyrus filed against the scissor-weilding intruder that tried to break into her apartment is permanent, with Jason Luis Rivera now ordered to stay away from her for the next three years.

40 year-old Rivera who was arrested at Miley’s home in September, was convicted of trespassing and sentenced to 18 months in jail, but TMZ report Miley had to cover her back when he got out.

He pled not guilty but cops believe he scaled the fence surrounding her LA home and was carrying the scissors when they apprehended him. He told them he just wanted to see the pop star.

Kristen Stewart prays Robert Pattinson will take her back and reveals her biggest worry.

Kristen Stewart is praying Robert Pattinson will take her back and has told friends that her worst nightmare would be to see the Twilight hunk with another woman.

According to Radar Online she is hoping that she will eventually be able to move back in with her co-star ex, even though she just splashed four point eight million dollars on a Malibu beach home.

The pad was bought in her moms name, making it just a temporary place for Kristen as she prays that when Robert finds a new place, whether it’s in Los Angeles or London, they could maybe start over again.

Even though she was spotted flirting with James Franco recently and had an affair with Rupert Sanders which lead to her and Robert’s separation, it seems that she’s clinging on to hope.

The source added. “It’s still all up in the air. Robert has no idea what he wants to do and he’s dithering over a decision. He loves Kristen, but his family told him to forget about any ideas he has of taking her back.”

Time will soon tell, especially with the final Twilight installment looming where the pair will again be thrust under the limelight together.

Bachelorette Emily Maynard supposedly left fiancé Jef Holm’s family beach vacation after he found explicit text messages and photos from another man on her phone.

But look, they’re still together, holding hands, buying coffee, holding hands again.

So we asked them what happened to get this cleared up. Emily said “We were together” with Jef adding “We were there every second”. They said the beach was really fun and Emily remarked “Perhaps it was me fussing and yelling at Rikki” with Jef saying “Yeah I don’t know”.

Hmm. You buying that? Because it was Jef’s brother Mike who spoke to Us Weekly confirming the story was 100% true saying he heard the whole thing go down, Emily leaving and everything. Might wanna give your bro a call.

In the meantime, we’re glad they’re working on it and hope that unlike many reality TV show romances, this one goes the distance.

This shock move is as powerful as any statement the fiercely private actor could possibly have made, following the devastating news that his girlfriend Kristen Stewart was having an affair with her Snow White and The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Pattinson’s girlfriend of three years made a pleading public announcement to him where she begged forgiveness for her shady fling with the 41 year-old married father of two.

By Rob packing his bags and leaving it seems that the apologies may have fallen flat and that the Twilight actor could have decided to make a clean break.

A source said that Rob was heartbroken and angry and they weren’t sure they could recover.

They added that he was all that matters to Kirsten right now. Looks like she’s got some serious work to do here.

Justin told TMZ that in honor of his landmark birthday, he wants to buy a new house for himself – AND one for his mom.

He has evidently narrowed the search down to three LA pads – one of which is the home Ashton Kutcher is currently renting. And he says it’s SWEET!

Here’s a look at the five bedroom, eight bathroom home in the Hollywood hills that has glass walls that are fully retractable. Plus, being on a ridge, it boasts gorgeous views!

But that’s not all, Justin apparently got a $100,000 car from his manager Scooter Braun as a birthday gift as well!

As for the day itself, the Biebs said he spent it with friends from Canada – girlfriend Selena was on the opposite coast.

Just after 3 days and a rumored 1.3 million dollar stay
the golden couple has left one of New York’s lavish hospitals for the comforts
of home.

Perhaps in an effort to sneak baby Blue out in peace, the
trio left in the darkness of night, and according to reports they were followed
by a motorcade of Black SUV’s.

While their stay at the hospital was brief it faced a
barrage of criticism from other patients, complaining about the couple’s
security guards, and special treatment.

Criticisms aside, we can’t wait to get our first glimpse
of Blue Ivy Carter, after all she is a Destiny’s child!

American football star Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen are almost ready to move in to their 20 million dollar home in Brentwood, California. The 22-thousand square foot mansion has been under construction since early 2010, but with the roof and garden complete, it is nearly finished.

Making a big move from the east coast, Tom and Gisele will be joining some fairly ritzy neighbors… like fellow Supermodel Heidi Klum and her husband Seal. And just over in Beverly Hills, heiress Petra Ecclestone, who will be making herself cozy in the Spelling Mansion she just bought for $85 million.

But how will their new pad compare to the love nest Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova are building for $20 million in Miami?

Or to the impressive 25 thousand square foot Calabasas Retreat owned by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith?
