The star has previously hidden her bulging stomach in large coats and knits but she was showing her bump off for all to see.
Fearne, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jesse Wood, was at the glitzy event to support father-in-law Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie.
Fearne certainly enjoyed the film, tweeting afterwards: ‘Just saw the Rolling Stones amazing documentary Crossfire Hurricane. Take me to the 70s immediately!’

Keeping it simple in black and silver, the 31-year-old finished her outfit with a fur-trimmed cardigan and black handbag.
Fearne revealed to Company magazine that she wasn’t keen on elasticated waistbands and that she’d be sticking to clothes she likes but in bigger sizes.

The mom-to-be looked gorgeous in a stylish blue top which featured a decorative picture of an eagle on.
She topped off her look with some owl sunglasses.
Her boyfriend Jesse Wood dropped her off at work and clearly the couple are seriously loved up as they shared an affectionate kiss before they said goodbye.
Pregnancy obviously agrees with Fearne as she was practically glowing!
Green is clearly Fearne Cotton’s color. Cotton was spotted today in a green and yellow dress with flowers. She had a similar green outfit on for Keith Lemon The Film premiere she attended earlier in the week.
Cotton accessorized her dress with a black fur coat, rocker boots and and a large leather bag.
