Not a great week for the Hogans. First Hulk’s sex tape does the rounds then his ex gets a DUI

She’s only Ho-gone and got a DUI

It’s been quite the week for the Hogan family.

53 year-old Linda Hogan was arrested in the early hours Thursday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, and after a stint of jail time was bailed for $5000.

Meanwhile ex-hubby Hulk Hogan is about to deliver an atomic knee drop over his sex tape scandal. The former wrestler was caught with his pants down performing a backbreaker, and is now keen to scoop powerslam the Internet if it isn’t removed.

59 year-old Hogan is threatening to sue anyone who publishes the 30 minute long jumping leg drop.

So anyway we’ve no idea why Linda might have been driving over the booze limit but TMZ report that it’s just above the legal amount, having had a glass of champagne on an empty stomach along with antibiotics.

Champagne? Maybe she was celebrating something?

Michael Madsen Says DUI Was a Misunderstanding

Michael Madsen sure knows about breaking the law on the big screen, but now the actor may have taken his work home with him… Except after his arrest for suspicion of DUI, he’s saying it was just one big misunderstanding.

But just like this photo of him in the back of the police car, the situation could have been a blur. Because he reportedly blew a .20, more than twice the legal limit.

The actor was apparently driving erratically on a Los Angeles high way when he was pulled over and failed the sobriety test.

But Madsen’s attorney is claiming that his client wants to assure fans he believes he passed the sobriety test, and the Breathalyzer was flawed.

Madsen can probably understand why the police wouldn’t hear him out though, because we all know what happens when they lend him an ear.

Bobby Brown Leaves Rehab Early

So, when Bobby Brown checked himself into to rehab, his family and friends had high hopes, but now it appears he has walked out of the doors early, leading people to wonder if he has fallen off the wagon.

Radaronline is reporting that the 43-year-old singer, who agreed to go to rehab as part of a plea deal to clear a DUI arrest from his record, has had a change of heart.

The report quotes a source close to the family that Bobby promised his loved ones that he would stay in rehab for the full treatment…usually a 90-day program, but now he’s decided that he’s had enough help for his problems.

While his family and friends are terrified for his health, his lawyer has released a statement that he is doing well and receiving services that comply with his agreement with the state of California.

His wife and manager Alicia Etheredge has also said Bobby is in a good place…and he thanks everyone for their well-wishes.

Joe Simpson Busted for DUI

Joe Simpson is usually making sure that the spotlight is on his daughters, Jessica and Ashlee, but this time the lights are all on him… police lights…

The picture perfect, all-business Dad was reportedly busted for a DUI in Los Angeles.

Papa Joe was reportedly pulled over around 10 p.m. on August 4, and according to TMZ, officers thought he was intoxicated and hauled him into the clink.

The former Baptist minister was released the following morning, and his case reportedly hasn’t even been sent to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office yet.

So it’s believed he’ll just receive a hefty fine and avoid any further time in lock up, because this is the 54-year-old’s first offense.

One thing for sure, Grandpa Joe will probably try to hide this story from Jessica’s baby daughter Maxwell for quite a while.

Three days after her 26^th birthday, Amanda Bynes lands herself in the slammer.

Why? The actress was busted for driving under the influence.

TMZ is reporting that it happened at 3 a.m. in West Hollywood.

According to the website, Bynes was trying to pass a cop car but sideswiped it instead.

The cops then pulled her over and determined she was in no condition to be behind the wheel.

The Sydney White star is reportedly still behind bars with bail set at $5,000.

‘Twilight’ Werewolf Busted for DUI

Kiowa Gordon, who is famous for playing the shapeshifting werewolf, “Embry Call” was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and an outstanding warrant. The 21-year-old Twilight star was picked up in Mesa, AZ and jailed on a $1,000 bond.

Gordon’s outstanding warrant stems from his failure to appear in Scottsdale Municipal court after entering a guilty plea on February 9, 2010 to possession and use of drug paraphernalia and providing liquor to a minor.

Samantha Ronson Arrested for DUI

Samantha Ronson was arrested for DUI while driving back from a DJing gig in Las Vegas yesterday, August 1st. According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s ex-girlfriend was driving back to LA from Vegas after performing at Lavo inside the Palazzo Hotel when she was nabbed for speeding outside the town of Baker.

She was administered a field sobriety test by cops which felt that she performed poorly and then taken down to the station where she failed a breathalyzer test.
