The actor is currently grounded in London for a future film, while the 6-year-old has started school in New York City. So it’s been Rock of Ages since he’s seen her.

According to People magazine, Tom tells friends that he has to see her soon and misses her.

They might be across the pond but that doesn’t mean Suri isn’t familiar with a phone.

The magazine also reports that they speak several times a day, even if he’s in a meeting.

We’re sure if Suri wants to talk, getting ahold of her dad is never Mission Impossible.

Mila Kunis says Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were never married which paves the way for her to marry the Two and a Half men star herself and start a family.

The National Enquirer reported that the actress has been insisting that the rumors are stating Ashton doesn’t need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony, but in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony.

This might explain why 49 year-old Demi called the split her “divorce” when Ashton who appears to be now a “sort of husband” cheated on her with then 23 year-old Sara Leal

However Mila Kunis and Ashton have been together about 6 months now when their relationship grew from being friends into full on PDA.

So if what she says is true, then they can go ahead, get hitched and start pumping out kids.

It’s believed Katie Holmes walked away with chump change after divorcing Tom Cruise, but that doesn’t mean he’s not forking up his fortune to another lady in his life… Suri.  
According to Radar Online, part of TomKat’s divorce settlement involved creating Suri’s trust fund, and it’s no small sum.  
Katie apparently wanted to ensure that an account was set up that Suri could start accessing when she’s 18, so she’ll have financial security as she becomes an adult… But it won’t be fully available to her till she’s in her 30’s. 
The actress will also reportedly never have any access to it… And didn’t want any. So although her daughter wound up with the funds, Katie still gets to keep millions of dollars in handbags, jewelry and other gifts acquired through the years. 
That’s one priceless mother-daughter relationship.

She may have had a quick divorce settlement from Tom Cruise, and is only walking away with a modest child support considering how much he’s worth…but there is one thing that Katie Holmes will be getting.

Millions of dollars of jewelry and accessories.

Yep, it appears all those designer handbags, pieces of jewelry, and other gifts that Tom gave Katie over the course of their marriage, will be going home with her.

The total of these luxurious items is reported to be in the millions.

According to RadarOnline, Tom was so generous to Katie while they were a couple, that one year for her birthday he gave her diamond earrings that easily cost over five hundred thousand dollars.

…So we have a hunching suspicion that Katie won’t be struggling for money anytime soon.

Katie Holmes Gets Nothing In Divorce Settlement

Katie Holmes gets no spousal support from ex hubby Tom Cruise in the divorce settlement.

TMZ reported that Katie got no lump sum, which is consistent with the prenup, effectively shutting her out of Tom’s colossal two hundred and fifty million dollar fortune.

But when it comes to their daughter Suri, Tom will have to cough up child support to Katie.

It’s a whopping four hundred thousand dollars a year for the next twelve years, which works out at over $33,000 a month.

That’s a total of $4.8m until Suri turns 18 but on top of that Tom has to pay her expenses.

Katie could have scored more cash if she’d gone to trail but the pair wanted to resolve things quickly, also agreeing that Suri will not attend a residential school AKA a boarding school, Scientology or otherwise.

But what about DJing school? Tom seems pretty cool with that.

The actor was snapped leaving Chinawhites Nightclub in London after watching his 17 year-old son Connor DJing at the venue.

Onlookers say Tom walked up to his boy, have him a big hug then sat watching him with a glass of water and a proud smile on his face.

Maybe DJing school is quite cheap

These are the first shots of Katie Holmes after a New York judge signed off her divorce to Tom Cruise.

The actress cracked a smile when the newly divorced mom of one took daughter Suri to Chelsea Piers in NYC, perhaps feeling relieved that the paperwork is done.

And the day before it seemed like business as usual when she took her dressed all pretty in pink to a family fun activity store.

The most high profile celebrity couple of the decade began divorce proceedings in June and after a whirlwind few weeks it has come to an amicable close.

And if all the proceedings hadn’t tired mom out enough, a full day of activities is sure to tire Suri out.

Guess everyone can press the reset button now.

Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri were seen out together in New York.  They were both dressed impeccably as they went for afternoon tea at their favorite restaurant.

The mother and daughter are fresh back from visiting Holmes’ family in Ohio. The stylish duo were dressed beautifully when they took one of Suri’s friends for a meal at Alice’s Tea Cup. Suri was in a sweet floral dress with matching hair clip. Her mum Katie looked like a star in a stylish red dress and black heels.

Although the heels presented a little bit of a problem when Katie picked up her daughter, but the Batman Begins actress kept her balance as she carried Suri inside.

Recent reports have suggested that Katie was very keen to take Suri back to her home state as Tom Cruise had always banned her from taking little Suri their during their five year marriage.

Sources close to the Mission Impossible star have denied this.

She reportedly said, “Kris is the first person I ever had to break up with” and added that when the marriage started to fall apart “he told producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn’t edited right”

She is said to believe that if he really thinks he can convince a judge she defrauded him, wait ’til he sees the outtakes of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” — which show Kris as a “manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk.”

Suri Cruise is a happy and well-adjusted child, coping well after Katie and Tom’s split.

She’s been spending time separately with each parent and although she’s being ferried about between them she’s doing ok, a source told RadarOnline.

The 6 year-old is under the primary custody of mom Katie Holmes but dad Tom Cruise is also getting in plenty of father daughter time before school starts.

When the Holmes-Cruise split happened, both parties leapt to prioritize their daughter’s welfare but some reports came in that she was being spoiled with Disneyland vacations, Pet stores and private jets.

The school she’s supposedly about to start costs around forty thousand dollars a year but is based in NYC near mom.

Looks like the former unit known as TomKat are still united in giving their kid all they can.
