Lindsay Lohan was keeping an eye out as she walked through JFK airport in New York on Tuesday.
Joined by her mum Dina, the actress let her red hair fall halfway across her face as she talked on her mobile phone.
Dressed in leather, the 26-year-old stayed snug with furry sleeves as she jetted across to Los Angeles.
The star is due to appear in court today.

Well, not exactly, but he is planning to go to court in an attempt to gain a conservatorship for Lindsay.
Yeah, according to TMZ.com, Michael is worried about Lindsay Lohan’s current condition…calling her a substance abuser who hangs out with the wrong crowd.
And yes, that wrong crowd includes her mother, Dina.
But get this…according to the report…Michael doesn’t want to become Lindsay’s conservator, but would rather prefer a judge appoint one. So long as it’s not Dina.
And if Michael gets his way, he hopes to convince the appointed conservator to send Lindsay to rehab, and somehow convince Dina that the family needs counseling.
We’re having a slight sense of deja vu with the news that Lindsay Lohan is being questioned by police.
The actress has been accused of taking thieves along to a Hollywood Hills home where she partied over the weekend.
Lindsay was dressed for an inconspicuous arrival at JFK airport in New York. With a distinctly gothic look in black shirt, black leggings and black hat, the actress touched down with brother Cody.
But her presence was not going to go unnoticed.
She has not been named as a suspect, but celebrity website TMZ has reported that the owner of the home has implicated the 26-year old actress, believing two men Lohan brought with her stole several expensive watches.
According to the website, the owner of the home, who has not been named, invited the actress to the all-night house party.
Lindsay was ‘very cooperative’ with law enforcement officers and left the residence at noon on Monday.
She has reportedly denied having any involvement with the disappearance of the watches and a pair of sunglasses reported missing.
Detectives reportedly spent three hours conducting an on-site investigation, questioning other guests at the residence and the case remains under investigation.
Lindsay was mobbed as she arrived in New York with brother Cody and mother Dina Lohan.
There’s reports that Lindsay Lohan was questioned by the police in another jewelry-gone-missing case over the weekend. What happened was, she apparently spent the night at a home in the Hollywood Hills with some friends and when everyone woke up, the home owner claimed some jewelry was gone.
The police were called in and they questioned everybody…and according to the reports, Lindsay is not a suspect.
So when we caught up to her mom Dina at LAX, we asked her about it all.
And she kept mum…or “mom”…about the whole thing.
But she did give us a smile.
This makes up for all the times we see Lindsay Lohan looking like she just rolled out of bed after a long night!

With some free time until her next court date, Lindsay Lohan has flown home to New York with her mom Dina and sister Ali.
The actress will certainly be thinking about the plea deal she was offered in her felony jewelry theft. If she decides to take it, she will definitely spend some time behind bars, which has Lindsay seriously thinking about pleading not guilty.
Dina Lohan, Ali Lohan and the rest of Lindsay’s out of town family members have poured into Los Angeles to reportedly be with her prior to her Feb. 23 court date.
The Lohan family is first spotted arriving and gathering their belongings at LAX before heading straight to Lindsay’s residence in Venice, Calif.
In what appears to be the common Lohan family entrance, Dina, Ali and Michael (at a separate occasion) are all pictured having to duck under the a semi-open garage door in order to gain entry into Lindsay’s rented property.
