Breakups are the worst. Especially if you live with the person you’re kicking to the curb. Like Robert Pattinson was with Kristen Stewart. And you think they’d have a pretty easy time dividing their things. But unfortunately there’s a custody battle brewing over a dog named Bear. And it could get real ugly.
The story is that they rescued a dog while in New Orleans back when they were a happy couple, and now that they’re going their separate ways, the dog is the issue.
They both want it and from what we understand nobody is giving in.
It’s too early to tell what might happen, but we think he should get the dog. She can have Rupert Sanders.
Katherine Jackson: Not Kidnapped, ‘Devastated’ to Lose Custody of Michael’s Children
The Jackson family drama continues.
A judge has stripped family matriarch Katherine Jackson
of her guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three children, and has handed over
the duties to cousin TJ Jackson.
The ruling comes after a series of odd events, which
included Katherine Jackson kidnapping allegations and a fight at the Jackson
family house.
Since the announcement Katherine has spoken with ABC
News, revealing that she is devastated about the custodial ruling, adding that
it was based on a bunch of lies.
Katherine also responded to the abduction rumors stating
that she is good and fine.
The late King of Pops mom also disclosed that she is
returning to Los Angeles to reunite with her grandchildren.
She had reportedly been staying at a resort and spa in
Arizona, claiming that is was a short vacation and rest.

difficult time.
Halle Berry Back in Court
Halle Berry looked totally at ease hanging out with her daughter at the park in Los Angles the other day.
But underneath the smiles, trouble has once again been brewing between her and ex Gabriel Aubry over custody of their 3-year-old daughter Nahla.
According to TMZ, the star went back to court on Wednesday alleging that her ex violated their current agreement.
Submitting lengthy documents that go into detail about his parenting skills, one insider says that Halle has taken issue with the time Aubry picks up and drops off their daughter, and that she is critical of the types of places he chooses to take her.
While sources close to the model paint a different picture.
“Halle has been coming down hard on Gabe recently. If he drops off Nahla just five minutes late or is not exactly on time when he picks her up, he gets it in the ear, big time. Gabriel said there was a nuclear level melt-down last week because he gave Nahla pizza on one of her ‘non-cheat days’. He’s basically being totally micro-managed and has no freedom when it comes to his daughter.”
Berry, who recently pulled out of plans to star in the Broadway play The Mountaintop due to child custody issues, reportedly even gets upset when she disagrees with the types of clothes he picks out for their daughter to wear.

Charlie Sheen Arrives In Court
A smartly dressed Charlie Sheen has just arrived at court in
Los Angeles in a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce.
The 45 year-old actor turned up to the custody hearing that
is setting tongues wagging across Hollywood. The result today, will
determine who gets custody of his twin boys with Brooke Mueller, 33.
According to TMZ, Brooke’s mom has commented on the lack of
Charlie’s presence in the kids lives, stating “We’ve been with the kids since
they were born, and Charlie has only seen the kids a couple of times in the
last few months.”
To throw another flavor into the mix, his other ex Denise
Richards allegedly called Charlie last Thursday and offered to temporarily look
after the boys Bob and Max. TMZ wrote how she made the offer moments after
hearing of a surveillance video of Brooke taking a watch and a TV to a pawn
shop, leading to worries about the stability of the kids while Charlie was
away.
Report: Pete Will Pay Up
Rumors that a bitter custody battle is brewing have been making the rounds…
And despite what appears to be support for those rumors, friends close to Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz say it’s simply not true.
Last month, Simpson filed divorce papers asking for primary physical custody of the couple’s 2-year-old son Bronx.
And this past Tuesday, Wentz filed papers of his own requesting not only joint legal and physical custody, but termination of spousal support.
A source close to Simpson’s camp admits the whole family was upset when they heard the news, especially since the singer / actress put her career on hold to raise Bronx during the two year marriage.
So what’s really going on?
Friends are blaming Pete’s lawyers for the whole mess insisting that he has no problem paying his ex spousal support.
In fact, we hear that he still loves her and wishes they could stay together.
