Christian Bale and Amy Adams swing back to the 70s

Christian Bale and Amy Adams film in Massachusetts

Christian Bale and Amy Adams look like they have been transported back to the 70s.

The actors were spotted filming with director David O. Russell in his yet-to-be titled movie in Medford, Massachusetts on Tuesday.

Whilst Amy looked glamorous in her fur coat, the almost unrecognisable Batman star was sporting a comb-over and brown suit.

Christian Bale rocks a combover in film makeunder

Is that you, Christian Bale and are you sporting a serious combover?

The actor was snapped on set of an untitled David O. Russell film looking very unlike himself.

Shooting a scene with co-star Amy Adams in Boston, Massachusetts, the handsome star was looking worlds away from his appearance in Batman.

The Dark Knight Rises star teamed his greasy combover with a ’70s-style suit comprised of khaki trousers and a dark green jacket.

Looks like he’s had a make under, not a makeover for this film role…

Tom Hardy Reaps The Attention As Batman Premieres

Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley

Tom Hardy took ‘the love of his life’ Charlotte Riley to celebrate ‘the Bane of his life’ to the premiere of Batman, The Dark Knight Rises.

The pair, along with the Batman cast arrived at Leicester square for the epic movie but then focus shifted towards the all star after party in which took place at a Freemason’s Hall.

Tom arrived at the same time as Princess Eugenie who managed to slip past the paps as he reaped all the attention. Seems royalty likes Batman, Prince Harry came to offer his congratulations. Oh and we shouldn’t forget Anne Hathaway who plays Catwoman looking lovely as usual.

After the event, Tom showed off a bit as he powered away in his slick Audi R8, and after the immaculate reviews this movie has got, we say he’s earned the right.

Ryan Gosling in 50 Shades of Grey?

Ryan Gosling

Screen hunk Ryan Gosling is the firm fan favorite to play Christian Grey in the upcoming movie adaptation of the book Fifty Shades of Grey.

Set to be a trilogy, the story by English author E.L James has sold 20 million copies worldwide. So if you haven’t already heard about the plot because you might live on Mars or something, here it is in short (no spoilers)… A woman interviews a 27-year-old billionaire, yes 27, and a billionaire, who then ends up kinda dating him only it turns out that he’s into really kinky stuff in the bedroom.

Seriously that’s actually sort of, all we can reveal. It’s probably going to be dangerous and there’s a lot of conflict.
Other contenders for the part are Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale, Michael Fassbender and David Hasselhoff.

Ok not The Hoff, but he sure can dance like a hip twenty something. So then, sound like a chick flick? Nah, what possibly could have made you think that?

And just think, Ryan Gosling nude? Amen.

Christian Bale Drops His Top on the Streets of Los Angeles

Christian Bale

Convertibles are more common on Hollywood movie sets than any other car. Well, at least lately. And Christian Bale can now consider himself part of that group. We spotted the actor filming for his upcoming movie, Knight of Cups, and he, like many others before him, were swerving through the streets of Los Angeles in a drop top.

But his was pretty cool. Maybe even cooler than the Bat Mobile.

Maybe.

The Dark Knight Rises Shoots in Los Angeles

the Dark Knight Rises

There’s nothing catty about Anne Hathaway and Christian
Bale’s relationship on the set of The Dark Knight Rises in Los Angeles.

And it’s all fun and games with Batman and Gary Oldman
between the scenes.

But we have a feeling when Christopher Nolan gets everyone in action.

Even Catwoman is all ears.

And his heroes start turning into acting machines.

Well, at least there’s no shortage of them.

Here’s Batman getting ready for a flight in the cockpit of
the Batwing.

And Anne and her Catwoman stunt double are cycling through
the city.

Even the Batmobile is jetting into action.

So from the star studded cast, to the highly anticipated
action, these shots have “Gotham” us excited for the movie’s 2012 release.

Superhero Stars On Set

If this is any indication of what The Dark Knight Rises has in store.

Sign us up!

We caught up with Christian Bale suiting up once again as The Caped Crusader filming a fight scene outside of Gotham City Hall in Pittsburgh.

Facing off against the villainous Bane, played by a scary looking Tom Hardy, we’re glad to see the bat is back.

Saving the world from boredom one action packed flick at a time…

Let’s go behind the scenes with the super coolest onscreen superheroes!

Seth Rogan fights fire with fumes holding his own with a gas gun on the set of The Green Hornet against Christopher Waltz’s heavy artillery.

Adrienne Palicki sexes it up in a form-fitting jumpsuit on the set of Wonder Woman.

Tobey Maguire
plays Peter Parker perfectly to Kirsten Dunst’s Mary Jane in the original Spiderman trilogy.

While Andrew Garfield had his chance to sport spidey’s onesie for the franchise’s prequel The Amazing Spiderman.

New love interest Gwen Stacy played by Emma Stone added a couple new fresh faces to the longstanding series.

Chris Evans
bulks up his already muscular frame for Captain America.

While Samuel L. Jackson reprises his role as Colonel Nick Fury for the fourth time as part of Marvel’s comics ongoing nine film commitments.

Peter Sarsgaard’s prosthetics make us cringe as the actor steps out of his trailer in full costume as Hector Hammond on the set of The Green Lantern.

Brandon Routh
is faster than a speeding bullet as Superman’s Clark Kent.

And Will Smith is flying high doing his own stunts on the set of Hancock.

Comics…

They’re not just for kids anymore.
