Chris Hemsworth was keeping his nine-month-old daughter India close as he strolled through Sydney.
Having just arrived in the country, the actor wasted no time in getting out in the sunshine with his wife Elsa Pataky.
Stopping off to do some shopping, the 29-year-old was enjoying the sunshine with his tiny tot.
And it wasn’t long before the hunky Thor star was off to do some exercise, picking up a surfboard from a local shop.
Here’s Chris Hemsworth filming a scene with Christopher Eccleston in the upcoming sequel, Thor: The Dark World.
Hemsworth is all suited up and in action, taking on Eccleston who plays Malekith.
Spoiler Alert: The actor is putting his hammer in a full swing down on Malekith’s head. We’re really not sure if this will be the character’s demise in the film. The only thing we know that is done for, is that scrap metal of a vehicle Hemsworth is standing on.
Chris Hemsworth may have picked up some battle scars but he’s been causing some impressive damage on the set of Thor 2.
The actor, who is reprising his role as the God of Thunder in the action sequel, was snapped standing on a crushed car.
If he flattened it, that’s some impressive superhero power!
Wearing silver armour and a red cape, the Australian battled it out against actor Christopher Ecclestone and judging by these photos, it looks like he was winning!
Wielding a hammer, the 29-year-old was definitely putting a lot of effort into this battle scene.
Remember rumors Kristen Stewart was dramatically unlinked from potential the SWATH franchise following the Rupert Sanders affair?
And rumors that Chris Hemsworth was gonna get a Hunstman spinoff?
And rumors that Rupert might direct a sequel on his wife’s strict orders that he never worked with Kristen again?

Despite another rumour that her huge salary was the reason that she wasn’t asked back for round two, Hollywood reporter asked her if she’d heard anything about a sequel to which she hinted “maybe” followed by “No one’s positive or anything, but I think there’s a strong possibility,”
You’d need a magic mirror to see that one coming.
If she’s back on board then we guess it’s unlikely Rupert will get the directors gig, although Chris could still get a shot as the Huntsman.

After the monumental success of Thor and Avengers, Chris Hemsworth is back to work as the Norse God for a sequel called The Dark World.
And from the looks from the film set in Surrey, England, it is going to be just as action packed as the first. As well as Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Kat Dennings, and Stellan Skarsgard are all returning for the second film.
