He is new and improved, and with his latest album ‘Born and Raised’ hitting stores fans seem to agree!
Thanks to overwhelming sales figures, Mayer’s 5th solo disc is his third to come in at the top of the charts.
According to Nielsen Soundscan the singer sold 219,000 copies of his new album in the first week alone!

surprise to fans to hear the singer is actually 26 years old, with news of her
real age being re-tweeted repeatedly.
Carly has stormed the charts
across the board with her ridiculously catchy teen song Call Me Maybe but her
songwriting style might lead you think she was a lot younger.
Justin helped Carly become
famous after she was signed up to his label Schoolboy Records in February, and
even though their friendly competition meant he was relegated to the number two
spot with his single Boyfriend, he has supposedly recorded an intimate duet with his fellow Canadian who is almost ten
years older than him.
