Charlie Sheen looked like he was in fine joking form as he stopped by ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’.
The actor suited up for the TV appearance as he arrived at the Manhattan studios.
Wearing a bright blue shirt and tie, the 47-year-old laughed with photographers.
Charlie Sheen shot his mouth off in a police report filed with LAPD.
By that we mean he threatened to shoot a man to death with a Super 90 semi-automatic shotgun.
Law Enforcement sources told TMZ that a man who claims to be a former associate of the Hot Shots star filed the report last month, saying he’s deathly afraid that Charlie will murder him based on a text message the actor allegedly sent to a mutual friend.
The man told police that he and Charlie had a bad falling out recently and the actor had let it all out in a text to a female pal writing, “I’ll blow his head off with my Super 90”.
The case is under investigation but a source close to the actor said the accuser is a dishonorably discharged military person with multiple probation violations who is trying to shake him down for money.

The actor just pledged $1 Million dollars to the United Service Organization, which aids America’s men and women in uniform.
Sheen revealed that overall he will be donating 1% of the profits from his new show ‘Anger Management’, with no cap on the final donation, and that the $1 million dollar figure is his guaranteed minimum contribution.
In a statement Charlie also disclosed, that it is an honor for him to be able to give back to everyone in the military, adding that he is happy to bring a little relief to the troops and their families.
