Recreating the scene, the television presenter locked lips during filming of the show at The Grove shopping centre in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Bar Refaeli showed she has some musical skills as she took to the stage at Sanremo 2013.
Showing off her talents on the drums on Wednesday evening, the 27-year-old surprised the audience at the musical festival.
With a beaming smile on her face, it looked like the model was really enjoying herself.
After performing in black lace, Bar went back to showing off her figure in a range of beautiful long dresses.
