Tom Cruise is known for his youthful appearance…

Seriously, we know the 49-year-old looks great… Even when
he’s scaling buildings in Dubai…

But just because the Hollywood hunk can still do stunts like
this, doesn’t mean he has any scandalous secrets to keep himself young.

Tom tells Playboy magazine that he’s never resorted to
cosmetic surgery or any work done, and says he never will.

The actor says he isn’t sure how he keeps his good looks,
but he works, trains, goes without sleep and goes hard… So maybe he’s just
never slowed down?

Considering he’s also married to 33-year-old Katie Holmes…
and carrying around his six-year-old Suri… We bet his girls keep him from
getting old.

Gloria Allred Hired by Original John Travolta Accuser

Controversial attorney Gloria Allred has reportedly been
hired to represent John Doe No. 1, who previously accused and sued John
Travolta for alleged sexual assault during a message in Los Angeles.

The original suit against Travolta was recently dismissed,
and his former lawyer Okorie Okorocha stopped representing John Doe No. 1.

But Allred tells People magazine that the case was dismissed
without prejudice, so she can help her new client file another lawsuit against
Travolta if desired.

Travolta was recently accused of allegedly exposing himself
and other acts of sexual misconduct, and John Doe No. 1 was seeking $2 million
dollars from the A-list actor.

Okorocha continues to represent another accuser who has sued
Travolta for similar claims.

Travolta released a statement saying the accusations are “false,” “absurd,” and people just “want their 15 minutes of fame.”

Kim Kardashian Endorsed Shoe Hit with Lawsuit

Not that long ago Kim Kardashian did commercials and endorsed the Sketchers Shape-Up shoe and we just learned that the Federal Trade Commission has determined that the footwear company made unfounded claims about the shoe.

Now Sketchers has agreed to pay up to $45 million in settlement costs.

Kim is not being sued and we’re almost positive that there’s no way she would have known about the false clinical studies, but it’s bad publicity nonetheless.

As Britney Spears celebrates her $15 million dollar deal to
judge the second season of US X Factor, the situation apparently isn’t a factor
with fellow singer Mariah Carey.

The diva reportedly told Extra that she doesn’t focus on
that stuff, and when it comes to the show, she doesn’t care what’s going on
with it.

Mariah was in the running to judge the first season of the
show, but reportedly ran into creative differences with show creators.

She says her comments aren’t lashing out at Britney, but she’s
happy the job isn’t hers.

And Mariah isn’t hurting for that $15 million dollars,
because according to People magazine, she and husband Nick Cannon were the
highest bidders at a recent charity auction, shelling out more than $21,000 for
a pair of designer shoes.

Looks like Nick Cannon’s hosting job on America’s Got
Talent, and one family member on reality TV, is good enough.
