Raptress Eve has been officially charged with driving under the influence 8 days after she crashed her gold Masarti into a center divider on Hollywood Blvd. Police have confirmed that Eve's alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit and if convicted could face 6-months in jail and a $1000 fine. Rapper Eve was arrested this morning on suspicion of driving under the influence after she crashed her gold (how inconspicuous) Masarti on Hollywood Boulevard. The crash happened at 2:45 AM this morning when her car crashed into a center divider. Eve was taken into custody and get this, Sean Penn visited her in jail. While rehab may be the new black the old standard of celebrity DUI is really making a comeback.
