Its official Cara Delevingne is the face of Topshop.
The 21-year-old is the first model to feature solo in a campaign for the British high-street giant, making her the first official face of Topshop.
It’s hardly a surprise that the creative geniuses over at Arcadia picked the British beauty for the role. She already has a string of covetable campaigns for Mulberry, Chanel, and Burberry to name a few and judging by her social media following her appeal goes way beyond high-end fashion, making her the perfect poster girl for the brand.
Topshop’s creative director Kate Phelan certainly thinks so. Discussing Cara’s appointment as the face of Topshop she said: “Cara is a true Topshop girl. Her style is confident and playful and she can be sophisticated and chic as easily as she can be cool and casual. Putting her spin on everything she makes the Topshop collection her own. Her uninhibited natural energy is intoxicating, she is free spirited and fun.”
Its not the first time Miss Delevingne has teamed up with Topshop though, she’s appeared in a video for the Kate Moss for Topshop range and then walked the catwalk for the Topshop Unique Runway show during London fashion week.
Cara is clearly a fan of the brand and after seeing these super chic campaign pictures it looks like there will be plenty of other fans too.
