Russell Brand seemed to be deep in conversation as he strolled with a homeless friend in West Hollywood on Monday.

The Get Him To The Greek star was spotted making his way to his car as he chatted to a few homeless men.

The comedian then took some of his friends to eat at the Newsroom cafe, where he paid the bill before leaving.
