Taking home the Best Actor in a TV Drama prize for his role in Homeland, the British actor beat off some stiff competition from the likes of Mad Men and Breaking Bad.

Looking very dapper, the 41-year-old actor paid tribute to his late mother as he accepted his award at the glitzy event.

And Damian wasn’t the only Homeland success as the programme took home Best Drama Series and Best Actress in a TV Drama for Claire Danes.
