The 40-year-old star showed off the fake belly under a sparkly black dress as she filmed in California. 

Tottering in a pair of black platform heels, it was impossible to miss the actress’s huge pregnant belly. 

Showing she’s a very busy lady, Sofia was eating on the go as she snacked on food between takes.
