Surfing USA! On a rare day off some of The Saturdays girls decided to pick up a few surfing skills.
Dressed in bikinis and wetsuits, Frankie Sandford, Mollie King and Vanessa White made their way to Venice Beach to enjoy a lesson with a hunky male instructor.
Before getting into the water the girls were seen practicing their moves before on dry land.
Frankie showed off her shape in a bright green bikini and displayed an impressive golden colour.
Mollie opted for a flirty floral pink and white two-piece while Vanessa decided to step out in a white fringed swimwear ensemble.
Rochelle Humes decided not to get involved in the surfing, while birthday girl Una Healy and her husband Ben Foden enjoyed a kissing session on the beach.
