She was on-stage at the Singapore Grand Prix concert when she brought up who she thought was a local…turned out to be some guy from California…and laid a big ‘ol wet one on him.

Then they bumped and grinded.

It may have been theatrics for Katy but we think it might have been this lucky fan’s best night ever.
