If this home is the part of Katy Perry that Russell “is never gonna ever take away from" her then… she got her wish! Russell Brand wants nothing to do with the $6.5 million home the former couple bought during their brief marriage. Russell just filed a quitclaim brief in LA, leaving Katy with full rights to the house. Russell also doesn’t want a penny of Katy’s money, though he would be entitled to half under California law because they failed to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. Nope it seems all Russell wants is a clean and amicable break. Can’t argue with that!
