Time to pull the emergency breaks on Amanda Bynes’ driving!

That’s just the latest driving disaster from the actress, who by the way, is driving with a suspended license…

According to the Los Angeles Times, Amanda is facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run…

It looked like she might have learned her lesson leaving the courthouse after her arrest back in April.

And not even a desperate plea to President Barack Obama could get her out of that one…

So the actress is ignoring the law once again, cruising around town, and TMZ even reports that she was smoking something from a pipe disguised to look like a cigarette lighter while in the car.

Amanda was just stopped by police because her headlights were off too, but according to People magazine, cops aren’t required to ask for a license in all instances.

Considering hers was suspended…

Maybe they should have.

Lets hope Amanda starts steering her life in the right direction, and stops steering these wheels.
