Ke$sha is pretty confident when it comes to Twitter, tweeting pictures of herself regularly.

But last night she took it to whole new level when she shared a nude picture of herself getting ready for the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles.

In the shot the 25-year old is seen brushing her teeth while stylists buzz around her as she prepares for the event.

Alongside with the picture, Ke$ha tweeted the caption: “Just naked brushing my teeth pre VMAs!”

When Ke$ha managed to put on some clothes to walk the red carpet, the singer went for a more sophisticated style in a black lace minidress.

She looks flawless!
