Kim had squeezed her chest into the plunging backless dress, and she very nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction in her frock!
It wasn’t just her ample chest on display, the white skirt of the dress also cupped her famous derriere and she finished off the look with a pair of strappy black heels.
Kim apparently stepped out without her beau Kanye West and attended the bash with her best friend Jonathan Cheban instead.
We bet Kanye would approve of her sexy outfit though. Just popping out!
