Proving he is not in short supply of celebrity friends, Robert Pattinson has been invited on a boys-only holiday by fellow Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio. 

The Twilight actor has been invited to forget his troubles in Puerto Rico following his recent split from Kristen Stewart.  

It’s thought Rob’s ‘Water For Elephant’s co-star Reese Witherspoon put the pair in touch when Leo expressed concern for the young actor. 

A source told US gossip site Showbiz Spy that “Leo has been one of Rob’s role models for years, and Rob was totally taken by surprise when Leo called him”. 

According to the source, the comparisons that have been made between the two actors has made Leo feel protective of Rob. 

It is thought that Rob will be able to party in private as the ‘Titanic’ actor is planning to book a mansion at a secret location on the coast. 

Perhaps the 26-year-old actor will follow his role model and return with his own model girlfriend to heal his heart.
