While signing autographs outside The David Letterman Show in New York, a fan in the crowd thrust a picture of Anne Hathaway in her direction, only to find out from the actress that it wasn’t her body.

Telling the fan “that’s not a real one sweetie,” she saw that it was a geniune mistake and agreed to sign the back of the picture adding in general, “I prefer not to sign photos of me in my underwear if you don’t mind”.

Some might find this a surprising statement from the 29 year-old who has no problem in stripping down for photo-shoots and film.

Perhaps even more so as she’s promoting her latest movie The Dark Knight Rises where she plays Catwoman, who famously dresses in saucy skintight leather.
