Britney Spears along with Demi Lovato were spotted as they arrived to ‘X Factor’ auditions down south in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Both were looking very fashion forward!

Demi rocked a neon orange dress, with a very hip hairstyle, while miss Brit looked smashing in a retro black cutout dress; they were clearly ready to rock!
