If you’re wondering why these two are all smiles, Giuliana and Bill Rancic are reportedly telling the Today show that they are finally expecting a baby!

We know she doesn’t look pregnant, but that’s because they’re using a gestational surrogate… Which means their child will still be sharing their genes.

The couple says they are so thrilled their prayers have been answered, and they’re ecstatic to be sharing the news.

The 37-year-old TV host’s journey hasn’t been easy. She’s publicly experienced infertility issues, suffered a miscarriage, and was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Since Giuliana underwent a double mastectomy in December 2011, any chance of pregnancy would be delayed for years due to medication and radiation therapy.

But since they’re having a baby via surrogate, the Rancic’s are due to be parents by late summer 2012.
