Music industry legend Dick Clark is dead at the age of 82 after reportedly suffering a massive heart attack.

The “American Bandstand” trailblazer was beloved for making every New Years Day come after a “Rockin Eve” for more than three decades.

The tradition of counting down to midnight and dropping the ball in New York City’s Time Square started with Clark as a host.

He is survived by his third wife, Keri Wigton.
