Johnny Depp is being sued!

According to TMZ, a 52-year-old disabled woman alleges that Depp’s bodyguards assaulted and humiliated her during an Iggy Pop concert in December.

The woman, who identified herself as Jane Doe, claims that Johnny’s entourage beat her, and tore her pants off when she tried to get to her seat in the V.I.P. section of the show.

The complaint also alleges that Johnny ‘was supplying direct supervision and management of his security guards directing their current and future actions.’

The woman, who is suing Johnny for unspecified damages, also claims that Depp’s team went after her cell phone and eventually put her in handcuffs.

The case against Johnny is currently under investigation.
