To none other than his lovely girlfriend Hilaria Thomas.
She stepped out wearing her giant new diamond on Monday, and we would expect nothing less than a sizable rock to come from the man who said that his girlfriend is very important to him.
The 53 year-old actor has been dating the 28 year-old yoga instructor since last summer.
This will be Hilaria’s first marriage and Alec’s second. Alec famously divorced his first wife Kim Bassinger in a messy divorce ten years ago.
