Despite what the rumor mill is spittin’ out…Minka Kelly and Wilmer Valderrama are NOT an item.  The actress squashed the rumors of a blooming romance between the two while in Australia celebrating the opening of the new Marquee nightclub in Sydney.

It’s kind of a good thing when you think about it…who’d want to be referred to as Milmer or Winka?
