Kim Kardashian gets flour bombed at her event that she was hosting to launch her fourth fragrance, True Reflection and Benefiting Dress for Success. She was doing an interview when a young woman ran from the press line onto the carpet and said something to her and dumped the flour over her head. Kim was shocked and walked off.
