The courtroom regular is evidently in trouble with the IRS for the failure to pay a hefty sum of tax money – for the second year in a row.
The actress was recently cited for failing to pay nearly $94,000 on her 2009 tax return – an oversight that she blamed on her accountants.
This year, the 25-year-old owes $140,000 in federal income taxes for the 2010 tax year.
On the plus side, Lindsay’s probation has been moving along smoothly, last we heard.
If she keeps on schedule, she’ll be finished with her court-ordered work at the morgue by March.
