Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached a divorce agreement – and Katy is set to take back her old name. Funnyman Brand filed final divorce papers in LA yesterday (Tuesday) – but the split will not become official for another six months – once the mandatory waiting period is over. According to the court documents the pair have come to a “comprehensive written settlement of all issues” and both ticked boxes that “agree this cause may be decided as an uncontested matter.”
