Demi Moore has finally
sought out professional treatment and is on the road to recovery following her
recent health crisis.
E! News reports that the
actress checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Sundance, Utah during
the week following her hospitalization.
Sources say she is being
treated for both addiction and an eating disorder.
On January 23rd
Moore was rushed to the hospital after friends dialed 9-1-1 and revealed that
she was having convulsions from smoking a substance similar to incense.
Cirque Lodge was first in
the news when Lindsay Lohan checked in for treatment and the rehab facility has
also housed Mary-Kate Olsen, David Hasselhoff and Eva Mendes.
This is not Moore’s first
trip to rehab. The Margin Call star first went to rehab in the mid-80’s for
drug and alcohol abuse.
Her most recent treatment
and health scare come off the heels of her very public split from actor Ashton
Kutcher.
