More information has come out on what might have happened with hospitalized actress Demi Moore.

A source revealed to Radaronline that the 49 year-old had an epileptic seizure before being rushed to hospital and is being treated for anorexia, among other substance abuse issues.

Since her split with husband Ashton Kutcher it’s plain to see she’s lost a lot of weight and speculation about her health has been mounting.

Worrying signs about her emotions crept out in a recent interview with Harpers Bazaar magazine when she stated “I would say what scares me is that I’m going to ultimately find out at the end of my life that I’m really not lovable, that I’m not worthy of being loved. That there’s something fundamentally wrong with me.”

Back in the 80’s Demi ended up in rehab and managed to bounce back, now her publicist says she’s seeking professional help for exhaustion.
