With hunky Liam Hemsworth on her arm, Miley Cyrus walked the red carpet at the 2012 People’s Choice Awards. THe Hannah Montana star wore a white David Koma dress with a see-through panel down the front that is surprisingly demure when compared to some of her more recent red carpet attempts.

But we have to ask, what is her fascination with lip gloss? How much of that stuff did she smear on her face. It looks like shed rubbed her lips and face in a tub of vaseline.
