Has LeAnn Rimes
slimmed down since tying the knot with Eddie Cibrian? Yes.  But according to her hubby, it’s all
because of exercise.  

Like a good
man, the actor is standing by his woman, insisting that her new body is not the
result of an eating disorder and that there is nothing wrong with her.

In fact, the Playboy Club star told Access Hollywood he is bothered by the
constant criticism and claims that LeAnn does indeed eat, sometimes more than
him.  She just works out pretty
hard, too.

Though
Cibrian’s comments were meant for all ears, we’re pretty sure he’s directing
them toward the equally thin TV host Guiliana Rancic, who offended his country
superstar wife by saying she seems 
a little thin right now and was the celebrity who needed feeding the
most.

Rimes responded
to the size zero E! star via Twitter with, “Hey, we should go to dinner
sometime.”

The singer is clearly capable of defending herself, but it’s nice to know her man’s got her back.

And they say
chivalry is dead.
