Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson Settle for $750,000

That’s Oksana Grigorieva leaving court after finally settling with ex, Mel Gibson.

The former couple plans on sharing 50/50 custody of their daughter Lucia, and Gibson is agreeing to pay $750,000 as a result of the alleged physical abuse that Oksana accused him of.

According to TMZ, though she may not be happy with the agreement. It’s reported that in 2010, she was offered $15 million dollars in a similar settlement.

But her smile in this video suggests she’s happy the ordeal is done. And when our photographers asked her if she was happy that everything is over she told us “I am”.

Hollywood star Robert Downey, Jr.’s got a new due date to
look forward to now that he is going to be a father…again.

Star Magazine is
reporting that the Iron Man star
and his wife Susan, are expecting a child together.

The couple, who has been married six years, are set to
welcome the new addition in February and family members say they’re thrilled.

Susan’s aunt, Nancy Miller, told Star in an exclusive interview that she thinks it’s
wonderful that she’s pregnant.

Miller added that she heard the baby news from Susan’s
father who is absolutely over the moon about it.

This will be the first child for his film producer wife, and
the second for the 46-year-old Sherlock Holmes star who already has an 18-year-old named Indio from his first
marriage.

Lindsay Lohan Wants to Meet Chris Brown

Lindsay Lohan is Tweeting for a meeting with Chris Brown.

After seeing the singer perform at the MTV Video Music
Awards, Lohan quickly shared that she was a fan… but now it seems like she
wants an even closer relationship than that.

We’re not sure if Lindsay’s hoping for just friendship, or
what she means by “meet,” but Lindsay Lohan has more in common with Chris Brown
than just music.

Our photographers have spotted them both at red carpet
events, they’re known for making club appearances … And oh yeah… They both
could talk about some of the other headlines they’ve made through out the
years.

Brown can even give her some advice on how to enjoy her
mandatory community service.

Hey wait a minute… considering Chris Brown is a convicted
felon, we’re not sure Lindsay can be hanging out with him while serving her
probation.

But… Lindsay’s invitation is out, so now we’ll just have to
see if Brown is down.

Hilary Duff’s $100,000 Payday

Hilary Duff just made out like a bandit after being released
from her former upcoming movie “Bonnie and Clyde”.

According to sources, the actress has been paid $100,000 due
to a clause in her play-or-pay contract. The contract guaranteed her a nice payday even if she
didn’t star in the movie!

Hilary was let go from the film earlier this month, due to
scheduling conflicts. She announced that she was pregnant, and wouldn’t be
available to shoot until next June.

It is uncertain who will replace Duff, however it is
apparent that she won’t need to rob a bank to make bank!

way in Sevilla, Spain in full costume for the flick.

In the movie, Baron Cohen
plays a Hussein-like dictator who gets secretly replaced by a look-a-like goat
herder and must make a new life for himself in New York City.

Could that be a more perfect
role for him or what?!
