Oscars 2011: Fashion Breakdown

Hilary Swank

It’s the red carpet we’ve all been waiting for—The 2011
Academy Awards. Here’s a breakdown of fashion from Hollywood’s biggest night!

This season is all about red. Jennifer Hudson is sexy in a
halter Versace. We love Sandra Bullock’s strapless Vera Wang. And host Anna
Hathaway was stunning in a Valentino.

And even Scarlett Johansson went for a shade of red,
standing out in a lacy Dolce & Gabbana. She went conservative with a
Victorian neckline, but brought sexy back with a keyhole back opening.

Newcomer Hailee Stenfield wowed us in Marchesa for her
Oscars premiere. The full- skirt and sparkly accents combined with a chic up-do
bun is the perfect choice the 14 year-old star.

Jennifer Lawrence and Gwenyth Paltrow both chose body
conscious Calvin Klein gowns.

Cate Blanchett once again pushed the fashion envelope in a
soft beaded lavender-hued Givenchy, with structured shoulders and contrasting
yellow beading.

Amy Adams showed off her sleek figure in a sparkly midnight
blue L’Wren Scott gown. She accessorized with over million dollars worth of
Cartier diamonds.

Halle Berry looks flawless is her strapless and sparkly
Marchesa—always a fashion favorite.

Natalie Portman, covered her baby bump in a modest plum
Rodarte.

Mila Kunis is one of our favorites by choosing a lavender
silk chiffon and lace Elie Saab Haute Couture. She kept her makeup simple with
her standard smoky eye and balances with a sheer pink lip. Tres glam!

And we love  how
Hillary Swank upped her fashion game in a sexy silver Gucci with ombre  feather accents.

All and all a great year for fashion at the Oscars! Enjoy our slide show of the best fashion!
