Transformers director Michael Bay, 46, spends a day at the beach in Miami with his model friend, Lauren Stoner. Lauren, 27, is a fashion model from Virginia. Michael was dressed all in white, except for blue ‘Transformers 3′ baseball cap. The couple spend several hours by the beach before returning to his Miami hotel.
