In April 2011, photographers pursued David Walliams and Lara Stone while they spent the day together in London. Splash subsequently made these images available for onward publication. We wish to convey our apologies to the couple for the harassment and unwarranted intrusion into their private lives and make it known that we have reimbursed all legal costs and have paid them damages.
